BabyBond processes orders between Monday and Friday. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The same day the order deadline is 18:00, more than after the next business day deferred delivery. Standard Shipping is free for orders more than $20. For orders below $19.99, the shipping cost is $5. The estimated shipping time is 3 - 10 business days. BabyBond's products do not charge any other taxes and fees in the United States. However, items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and BabyBond does not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact BabyBond within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. If you change your mind before you have received your order, BabyBond is able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to BabyBond's refund policy. If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with BabyBond's customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps. Please note that the delivery may be affected by Covid-19, which may cause some delay.

BabyBond has a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. However, the shipping fee for the return needs to be paid by the customers themselves. The return conditions require that the product and packaging are intact, the item is still in an unopened package, and customers pay for the return shipping costs on their own. Customers also need to provide receipts and proof of purchase. If the return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is also a warranty time of at least 6 months. If customers subscribe, they will be upgraded to a VIP customer, which extends the warranty service to 1 year. If there is something missing, defective, or not what was ordered, customers should fill out and submit an online return request and follow directions as instructed. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. The fastest way to ensure customers get what they want is to return the item they have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Customers will be notified once the return has been received and inspected, and they will be informed if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on the original payment method. It can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. After receiving the refund email, customers can sign in to the payment app to check more details. Customers can always contact BabyBond for any return question at [email protected].
